It depends on the scope of the project. Standard portrait sessions are approximately 1 week. Weddings are approximately 4 weeks. Commercial and other sessions vary depending on need.
Everything starts with the initial consultation. Any questions and specifics you might have can be answered through phone, email or an in person meeting. After you decide on the specifics of your package, a contract is drafted and sent over to be signed digitally or in person. After the contract is signed, an invoice for the retainer fee is sent and must be paid to lock in a date. The remainder of the balance is due at a specified time prior to the date selected.
